An insurance policy covers the property if it’s damaged or destroyed by flood, fire or weather.  Our Policies cover everything inside the property from the fridge to the garage door.

We have policies that will cover your systems and appliances for as little as 1 year, however our most popular policy is the 3-year total package policy.

I would recommend not cancelling as it always seems to be Murphy’s law that when you do, something will then undoubtedly break – however, if you do feel that you no longer need the policy, then you can simply call in or email the customer service department and they will take care of that for you.

The Administrator will accept service calls from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday at 877-204-1748, or you may file your claim online 24 hrs. day, 7 days a week by clicking “File A Claim” on the link you will receive when you sign up.

Our total package, again which is our most popular policy, covers over 20 items in your home ranging from your internal plumbing system to your central heating system to your dishwasher. However, we do have optional coverage items that we can go over should you want to add them.
